Calculation Methodology
Depth of Exploration (D): Calculated using the formula D = C(S)^0.7 where C is a constant (3 for light steel/narrow concrete, 6 for heavy steel/wide concrete) and S is the number of stories.
Minimum Depth: The greater of (D - D/3) + 1.5B or 1B to 3B for shallow foundations.
Number of Boreholes: Determined based on building area in square meters, following standard guidelines.
Borehole Spacing: Recommended spacing for multistory buildings is 10-30 meters.
